Black Blazer

¡Hola, buenos días! En la "semana del blazer" no podía faltar el negro (digo "semana del blazer" porque todos los looks se caracterizaron por esta prenda durante estos días - para verlos, clic aquí). Ya que estamos en fin de semana intenté hacerlo informal combinándolo con celeste y azul, una alternativa que ví bastante por ahí y cada vez me está gustando más.

Hi, good morning! The black blazer couldn't be missed during the "blazer week" (this week it was all about blazers - to see them, click here). Since it's weekend, I tried to turn it into a more informal item, so I paired it with light blue and blue - a matching that I saw a lot and I like more and more.

Diplomatic Striped Blazer

Y sí, sigo aprovechando lo bien que los blazers se adaptan a esta época del año... Casi sin quererlo, me parece que esta semana se va a caracterizar por ellos. Ayer tuve que recurrir a uno de raya diplomática, de paño algo más grueso, ya que la temperatura bajó un poco. Si bien ese tipo de blazers suele ser más formal, me parece que este en particular permite una combinación más informal gracias a su corte y al estilo de sus bolsillos (según leí por ahí se llaman "bolsillos de parche").

PD: Las rayas diplomáticas representan una de las tendencias para la próxima temporada otoño-invierno (¡ya se ven en publicaciones del hemisferio norte!), así que si tienen alguna prenda por ahí olvidada o encuentran algo en lo que queda de la liquidación de invierno, ¡se puede aprovechar!

Yes, I keep taking advantage of blazers... I think this week will be all about blazers! Yesterday I wore a diplomatic striped blazer - a little bit thicker than the previous ones since the temperature dropped down.  Although this kind of blazers are pretty formal, this one allows more informal pairings thanks to its cut and pockets ("patch pockets").

PS: The diplomatic stripes are one of the trends for the next fall-winter season (they are present in many collections!).
